We all see the world through a lens coloured by our experiences, beliefs, and attitudes. This lens influences not only how we interpret our surroundings but also how we create meaning and tell our stories. Our perspectives act as filters, shaping our reality in profound ways. By understanding this, we can gain greater control over our perceptions and, consequently, our lives.
